In a double boiler, melt butter, chocolate, heavy cream & powdered sugar, stirring until smooth. remove from heat.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, sugar, vanilla & salt until thick ribbons form (about 3 minutes.)
Sift 2T flour into egg mixture and fold together. Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture.
Butter & flour 6 oz. ramekins & bake at 450 degrees until sides are set and tops are puffed, about 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
