Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour 
  • 1 TBLS sugar 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ TSP baking soda, salt 
  • 1 cup buttermilk 
  • 1 egg 
  • 2 TBLS oil 
  • 1 ½ TBLS vanilla 

Steps

Mix all the ingredients into a bowl.

Pour desired amount of batter onto griddle or hot pan and cook until brown (3 ish minutes per side) and flip.

Serve with syrup or whatever you may please.
