Place shrimp in a ziplock bag.
Make the marinade with the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the butter . Add the marinade to the bag for 1 hour.
Heat butter in a cast iron skillet and dump shrimp with marinade in. Cook till done which should take 3-4 minutes.
Remove shrimp and add cream to the sauce in the pan. Cook the sauce for 4-5 minutes.
Pour the creamy marinade onto shrimp and sprinkle shrimp with chives to serve.
