Veggie Weight-loss soup

Ingredients

  • 1 onion - diced
  • 1 green pepper - diced
  • 2 tomatoes - diced 
  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes 
  • ½ green cabbage - chopped
  • ¼ red cabbage - chopped 
  • 2 sticks celery - diced 
  • 1 carton veg stock - chopped 
  • ½ carton of chicken stock 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • Garlic powder taste 
  • ½ fresh red jalapeno seeds removed - small diced 

Steps

Fill the pot with ½ carton of chicken stock, then add the diced and chopped vegetables and top it off with water so everything is covered.

Cook over medium high heat for 30 minutes. Then turn heat to medium for another 30.
